Longside Golf Club.
First opened 1979, extended to 18 holes in 1996.
A parkland course on the outskirts of the village of
Longside,6 miles from Peterhead on the A950 and only 31 miles from Aberdeen.
The course is flat with only two or three fairway rises and falls. Although just over 5200 yds long, it has tight fairways with the River Ugie bordering or winding its way through the course. You do not need to be a long hitter to master the course but accuracy off the tee will leave you in a good position to reach the green with your second or third shots.
The club house has a friendly atmosphere where you can relax after a round of golf with a quiet drink along with a meal or snack from the restaurant.
